"I had an excellent stay at Hotel Rudraksha in Indore. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel’s ambiance was peaceful, making it perfect for relaxation. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city's main attractions. The food served was delicious, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. pros- 1. rooms were clean 2. food was tasty and 3. location is peaceful cons: 1. rooms are very small in size 2. the receptions folks and service is poor. i will share my experience below in three points 3. there were no towels in the bathroom. it took them over 25 minutes and 2 follow-ups to give towel in the morning when we were gett late 4. the body wash and hand wash bottles were empty. they took forever and in used soap that i had procured from market as part of my travel 5. breakfast was tasty (only limited option i.e. puri-aloo and poha were there. however when i asked for pohe a a second time i was informed pohe is over (it was not even 9:30 while they mentioned their breakfast time was till 10:30). to my surprise i saw pohe delivered to room service about 15 minutes later. reception folks were not remotely apologetic about this but just mute stating they made pohe again in demand for room service. in conclusion ok room and pathetic service.
