Worst stay in my history with MakeMyTrip female staff was good no cleanliness bedspreads had stains pillows not sure when was the last time got replaced extra bed was smelling arrogant male receptionist had booked a room for 3 adults but were given only 2 half litre water bottles when asked for extra bottle was dined if it’s 2 days one night booking then water bottles to be given twice

The location and room atmosphere is very good, but the receptionist is not available as he is the sole person to maintain the lodge. Even in the hotel the sole person to maintain for preparation of food, serving food.

they do not parking in basement. they have 3car parking we cannot turn also very small place.. only they have bread omlet. they do not have break fast only if we pressurssed they they will give bread omlet.. it's closed. no fruits🍍🍎🍓🍇 no fruit juice no idly no vada nothing🤦‍♂️

Pathetic hotel with poor experience

I had a terrible experience staying at this hotel. There was no wifi connectivity at room, no people at reception to contact at night. I parked my vehicle in their provided parking area and on next day when after checkout i saw scratches on my car. I spoke to the receptionist available and got a very irresponsible reply. He didn't even check the situation of my car. Later i spoke to their manager and the reply i got was we cannot do anything about this. Such a pathetic service. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone else.
