Even i reached at hotel 10:00 pm, room was occupied and i waited for 45 minutes. Dirty room. No breakfast provided even added in booking.

Very bad service and room is also very much dirty.
Hm room lye the business purpose ke lye but room baht ganda thai auro baht bekar si smell aa rahi thi. Hamne room change karne ke lye bola but manager ne nah i kiya at last majburi me hm 5 pm par room check out kar diya home hamara payment bhi return nah i mila. So room is very dirty and very bad service.

Very cheap and wrong decision
All staff behavoiur is very bad asking extra money of showing exact amount of portal like make my trip fab hotel bla bla

soloNot good stay against money charged. Staff is good but with zero facility. No telephone, zero points on cleanliness.

Don't go by the name its not fabhotel!
I booked this hotel because of the fabhotel franchise but it disappointed me! the room was small and not good. The washroom was way too small and unhygienic, there were no hand wash or anything. The staff were unprofessional and non-supportive. I won't go again for sure!

Outside looking is good, but inside of the hotel maintenance is very poor,
Maintenance is very poor, bedsheets are very dirty, i feel it was changed long back, it appears with dust and oily patches, corridor is also very dirty, i think they are not cleaning daily, in one corner of the corridor accumulated waste material, hotel constructed with quality quality material but maintenance is very very very poor

Photos of property and actual property are totally different
Photos looks quite good but when you visit the hotel it is very pathetic. Rooms are very stinky and the beds and sheets were also dirty

I believe this hotel is not suitable for families. The room was pathetic, washroom was also very bad. The worst part was that they have only 2 things available for breakfast paratha and bread butter and that too you need to eat in a dirty and filthy restaurant. Though they gave me option to eat at room still they had just 2 options for breakfast.
