Best Hotel Near Luck Charbagh Railway Station
Majestic Hotel was very good, the service was also very good but the furniture and decoration of the rooms were very poor due to which it looked dirty and old. But we can stay there, the environment was very good and the people at the reception were also very nice, otherwise if you have to give me marks then I will give it 9 out of 10.

Terrible Stay
Had a terrible experience with the stay. The receptionist is rude and doesn't even listen properly. I had booked a deluxe room and the flush wasn't functional, there was no telecom in the room, I had to call at the reception with my personal number and even had to go downstairs to get the necessities as they don't listen and I'm writing this as a female. I even went downstairs to collect my order on the first night. The rooms were not even that clean. He even charged extra for water bottles which is sooo unfair. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Terrible Stay
I paid 2k for deluxe room for a day, just to find a non functioning toilet flush so much so that I had to change room the very next day just to find 2 more rooms with the same problem, the telecom was not working, the rooms were unhygienic rooms, they even damaged my luggage during shifting. I asked for extra water bottles that was not paid any attention to and I had to go personally at the reception counter to ask for water bottles. The receptionist is rude and hungs up early without even listening properly, I had to receive my Zomato order personally which is actually delivered on door. I didn't feel like I was staying in a deluxe hotel room at all. The food is not good as much as it is praised here, I had puri bhaji and it was full of oil and spices. At the end of the stay he even charged extra for the water bottles they provided which he didn't inform about earlier and I have never seen this happening anywhere I have stayed.

Pathetic experience
pathetic experience. very poorly maintained rooms with no cleaning at all. Waste and leftover foods were lying in the corridor area. please don't book this hotel at any cost.

Good stay, area a BIT dicey but overall fine
I would like the readers to know that Charbagh is kind of a redlight area but it didn't feel unsafe to me as a woman. The hotel is located in a busy area so felt fine. It def is ladden with men but they just stare nothing much else. Hotel is quite close from the Charbagh Railway Station. The staff is very nice and the service is prompt. The food too is good. The rooms are clean (ish). In this budget, I feel like it was worth it. The staff and the service really makes up for everything else. Female travellers stay thoda safe otherwise it's fine only.

Excellent Stay
The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The room was very well taken care of. The mehmannawazi made me feel really important and they went out of their way to accommodate any of my wants. Guided me to the best spots to shop for clothes and food to eat. Really humble and decent people.

Good Stay
