Location is at outers which may cause trouble for people who are looking for either auto or a cab. Forget aboit getting a cab or auto at night ..nobody in the hotel staff wakes up at 7 so if you want a water bottle or a cup of tea you wouldn’t get it before 9. The rooms are smelly like they were closed for a while . The entire floor was smelling of cigarettes and the rooms also had cockroaches

The navab hotel food and staff excilent service and room quality very nice. Thank you all staff very nice stay

Overall experience was quite good but not better because the door lock wasn’t working.. the receptionist need to be more proficient in what they do

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The booking was made for 3 people, but accommodation was not provided accordingly. On top of that, I had already paid for breakfast, but it was not given. The staff’s behavior was rude and unhelpful, which made the situation worse. Overall, the service and hospitality fell far below expectations, and I would not recommend this place.
