Review Of FabHotel Heera Holiday Inn - Nr. Eden Garden Stadium

Looks like all the reviews about the property are paid reviews or they have mocked it!! Cab driver won’t find the hotel at first place. somehow you will get through and find it a narrow street entry with all the garbage around! As soon as you enter the hotel the foul smell welcomes you and if you have to spend some time in the hotel definitely you may change to your mind to stay there. No requests entertained hotel. Breakfast is just sandwich or aloo puri and tea if they deliver on time else you may have to leave without having it because of the delay in delivering. They don’t offer any lunch or dinner and no restaurant around. Just the option is to order the food from ZOMATO/swiggy etc. Roaches all around and if it rains, you can’t get out of the hotel because it will be all water logged! You can’t definitely find a far better hotel with this price in a decent area. A compete NO for me anytime I visit. Thank God I was traveling alone and managed somehow by staying outside most of the time and came back just to sleep.

a very pleasant stay at Fabhotel heera holiday inn . The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The service was friendly and prompt. The only downside was the Wi-Fi being a bit slow at times. Still, for the price and location, it's an excellent choice. Would stay again!

The room was completely dirty can’t even sleep on the linen so dirty the bed sheets pillows cover entire room and corridor was smelling so bed when I entered inside the room.

The hospitality at FabHotel is top-notch. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth. Loved the breakfast buffet and the attention to detail in the room setup.

Bad experience- the walked in and check the room. It was so shabby and dirty . They claimed it’s there best room . If that’s the case , I wouldn’t recommend any one staying at such so called “ best room” . Disappointed I didn’t even asked for refund and simply left the hotel without checking in

The room was not clean properly.. Quality of room service is pathetic..Bed Sheet was not clean properly.

I have continued the stay due to near my dealer place, the food quality is bad, no permanent kitchen, i will not prefer to stay next time.

We had a stay booked for 2 days at this property. To start with this is situated in a very dirty sewage street. As you enter it's filled with stains everywhere. The first room we were given was infested with cockroaches of all sizes. Then after fighting we were given another room which was a very small room with pan stains everywhere, all this while we were in touch with team have emailed all the evidences too to the supervisor (who has not reverted back to me till today. Then we were given the third room again same disgusting, zero sanitation, broken doors and extremely disgusting walkway. We had payed to be harassed. All these while making multiple calls and emails but did not help us at all!
