Room is not at all worthy. Basic necessities were also not provided.
Ac is not working, water bottle is not provided, tv is not working, bed lenin are not cleaned. Pillows were also not provided, after we asked they gave one pillow

It's the best hotel yet, i stayed. And really nice interior, staff & services. It's bathroom is really good. Comfort level of bed is awesome. It's feels like you are sleeping on air. So soft dude.

coupleWhatever the picture are there not exactly same it looks, not hygiene and there is no restuarant i added for the breakfast but they didn't provided, no tv, ac is also not proper working condition

First of all hotel name is different i book under the hotel name fab hotels but when i reach hotel it’s from different name secondly rooms which he mentioned was 601 but he says 501 he also not sure which rooms is vacant third rooms don’t have extra towel water bottle. In washroom taps are broken. the hotel rooms was totally horrible

We faced many issues while checking in, we did not received a booking id which should be registered at then hotel. So we contacted fab hotel support then after a wait of 40 minutes we received the id and got check in. Very worst experience.

Bathroom was not clean even after informing there are cockroaches nobody bothered to come and clean

Location is good. Food - not available hygiene - poor. Cockroaches were roaming around in room and bathroom. Safety standards - poor. I gave my card at reception for cleaning and went out, when i came back, it took them 15 minutes to find where card is. They didn't even knew.

soloRest is ok. You do not get tea in the morning, breakfast was included at cost was horrible, they should not include when they do not organise. Teas was also not proved at the time of breakfast

The front desk staff was extremely rude. Denied us breakfast, even though we took with breakfast option. Ended up getting us cold masala dosa. Said that tea isn’t free and made us wait one hour for tea. Didn’t even serve tea later. The room and washroom was filled with tiny cockroaches running around. Disgusting experience. The front staff was really lacking manners. “haan bolo “, “kya chahiye “ was using such words. Unpleasant stay, rude front desk staff, ignorant staff, stinking and clogging bathroom. Even when the operations manager said not to pay for the tea, the front desk staff managed to make us pay rs 20 for two cups of tea.

The rooms were not hygienic and it was full of cockroaches, no room service no cleaning service were asked and hotel staff is not professional
