The place was maintained okay and the main point about this place is that it is at a very prime location and close to many eateries. Tv and WiFi were working fine.

The room was too small, smell of cigarette everywhere, washroom lock door was broken, flush was broken, no hot water. When complained about cigratee smoke and request to change the room as the smell was suffocating, staff dint consider our request

I was given room 209 initially. I entered the room and saw cockroaches roaming around. Went back to the room and the guy asked me to wait for 20 mins while another room on third floor was being cleaned. Got the room after 30 mins. The housekeeping was still there, they didn’t change the covers, didn’t wet mop the floor. Said the fresh sheets will come in on Monday. Washroom was smelling even after washing and it’s really small with b barely any space to stand in the shower area- room 304. I managed to sleep somehow and woke up at 7 am and just checked out. While hotel smells due to carpet in the corridor and common area. Terrible pick! Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Its nice to travelling Benglore and enjoy guests treatment while travelling in journey. It’s very very nice journey.

There are frequent power cuts with no backup, water supply gets cut abruptly, WiFi doesn’t reach the rooms and only works in the lobby area. This pattern of daily issues clearly points to negligence and poor infrastructure management.

Worst no wifi... for the whole day when stayed no tv. And seems no proper room maintained when asked the stay responded many room AC isn’t working. We asked for another room they were like no... and the room which they allotted us seems like staff staying room we were not sure... pathetic stay recommend not to stay and no proper response and support from stay worstttttt ever...

Electricty gone for 2-3 hours. No room cleaning done for next day, eventhough i requested to do.

Clean room, spacious and at a very good location. Lot of eateries around and easy to commute around the area.

The stay at city keys inn was a good experience except few things: 1. We were not able to watch the TV even though there was one provided in the room. Dish TV channels were not subscribed. Unable to load even OTTs as their internet was way too slow. 2. When we asked for coffee for breakfast they brought it in plastic cover. Seriously!!! Hot coffee in cheap plastic cover.
