Property location is good. However food arrangements needs lots of improvement. Room curtains needs to be changed. Toiletries and new towels to be provided

Not a great stay
Not a great experience. Location is in prime area but amenities are poor. We booked 2 rooms, we had to change 1 room due to unpleasant smell after 1 night of adjusting. Breakfast is served from outside by getting parcel. In that the masala dosa served, foul smell came from the masala stuffed in dosa. Apart from this no toiletries provided in room. Only 1 towel was provided and when asked for additional they mentioned only 1 will be provided per day

Disapointing
I had a very disappointing experience. The bathroom didn’t even have basic handwash or toiletries. In the morning, there was no one at the reception to respond to calls. We didn’t receive even a cup of tea. The area around the hotel is peaceful and residential, but the hotel itself felt eerily silent and unwelcoming. It genuinely gave an uncomfortable vibe.

Peaceful sta
The location was calm, the stay was great, overall an excellent experience. Only thing, all the amenities we have to ask everytime, other than that no downside.

Poor Stay
The room is not worth for money and how it looks in pic not same . Breakfast is very very bad . They are serving after 9 am .

It was a great experience overall. The room was comfortable, but the lighting was insufficient to make it feel bright. Additionally, basic toiletries like a comb, brush, toothpaste, and soap were missing initially. I requested them, and they provided only soap. Apart from that, the property and location were excellent.

Room is decent.Hotel is short staffed and the breakfast is almost as good as not having any.It would be nice to have some variety in food and not just tasteless stuff served for formality sake.Shower handle came off and no could fix it.TV doent work properly.The only think positive is the location of this hotel and it's cheap...that's all

Excellent Stay
The property was located in a peaceful place near prime locations in Koramangala. It is a residential area so I would highly recommend it for families. Service was alright, not anything extraordinary. But other than that employees were friendly and overall I had a nice stay

Average stay
Location is good and calm. There is only breakfast which is average. Services are good but the amenities need improvement like too hot water runningon the taps, taps were broken, have to ask for complimentary waterbottle, staff does not handover the payment details to next shift which creates confusion for customers. Handwash was not provided new just kept an empty bottle.

One of the absolute WORS hotels in Bangalore!
coupleList of issues I had to deal with: 1. Asked for ₹1000 when enquired about complimentary early check-in 2. Cockroaches in the room 3. Dirty stained linens and floor 4. Lock wasn't working in the first room they gave, when I asked for another room, the staff barged into the room giving zero privacy (it was just me and my girlfriend inside) to "fix" the lock and asked me to adjust. Eventually convinced them to give another room. 5. Constant noise from outside kept us up even though we reached the room after traveling for 12 hours. (There weren't much guests around either) 6. No complimentary breakfast 7. No professional behaviour from the staff 8. Forget hot water, there was no water at all the next morning and we had to wait for 4 hours to use the washroom. (Which again the staff barged into our room to "check") 9. The hotel doesn't feel safe at all. Anyone who's looking for a hotel in Bangalore, please stay away from this one. For a hotel that charges ₹2000+ for a night, the service they provide is like that of a cheap lodge that you get for ₹300-₹400. Do NOT trust like I did, it was not just a one room issue. I've been traveling and staying hotels for years now and I've seen pretty miserable hotels but nothing would top this. Stay safe y'all, DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THESE IMAGES, IT'S A MILLION TIMES WORSE WHEN YOU VISIT IN PERSON.

The TV and Ac was not working, other than that it was good like cleanliness all but we checked with them for TV no proper response was there.
