Stay is pleasant and staffs are very nice and friendly. Attached restaurant is also good. Main attraction is its location.

Average Stay
Hotel was not cleaned propely. Lot of dust in room and curtains. Food also limited we can choose based on options.

Sad experience
Washroom fittings were in damaged condition, flush was not working properly, tea amenities were not properly stacked, and the room phone was not working.

Shower, some lights, AC was not working. The restaurant had a very limited and fixed menu for everyday. But the staff service was good.

They need to maintain cleanliness
The rooms and premises are nowhere close to clean. Also the bathroom hygiene is very poor with stains all over. Pictures shown on website are way old.

Good Stay
Hotel wise super and staff's behavior is good and room service is also good. The hotel is in the main city, rooms are good but the only think is ac is not working properly. But we asked to change the other room and they shift us to other room. Worthy for this price. Thanks

Terrible Stay
This was the most frustrating and irritating stay I've ever had. The room was absolutely horrible—far from being worth the money I paid. There was dampness everywhere, and it felt like no effort was made to clean or maintain it properly. To make matters worse, there was constant noise from the top floor, like hymns or some bizarre disturbance, making it impossible to relax or sleep. While the staff was polite and well-behaved, it didn’t make up for the awful room conditions. If you value peace, cleanliness, and basic comfort, this is not the place for you. Definitely not worth a single penny. Stay far away!

Average Stay
Room had most of the facilities they mentioned and provided an extra mattress as per our request. But there was no privacy since the entire wall facing the road was made of glass panels. Anyone could see into the room from the road and opposite buildings. The room was extremely dusty, especially around the bed and wardrobe. And side walls were ruined with water leakages. Toilet was spacious and clean. Hot water was available 24*7. They provided just one towel for 3 adults. Ac barely functioned. Couldn’t keep a temp below 25c. The wall mount fan is small and didnt help with the temperature. Reception and housekeeping staff spoke hindi and english, and is prompt and helpful. Sorted issues immediately. Plenty of sockets to charge and use laptop. Free wifi wasnt provided. Unnecessarily charged on bills without request. The location is ideal and all facilities and good food is available just outside the hotel. Good stay for a one night with family.

It was an average stay, there was no water supply in the morning for few hours which was very annoying. The ac wasn't working properly. The room was very average but the food was good. It's in a prime location that so plus points for that.
