Lovely experience ,lovely staff, good food , nice rooms, lovely bed , and very deep sleep, I will stay at shivas galaxy definately next time,

equipment not working, TV, AC, Hot water Kettle. breakfast all veg and non vegetarian are kept without tags

Room doors were in bad condition and so does Washroom flooring. Beddings were ok. Rooms were spacious and in good condition. No complimentary water bottle.

Good airport hotel best for transit passengers and solo travellers good breakfast limited choice but good taste

Nice hotel staff behaviour also very good , we family stayed for a night .. all of us enjoyed the stay . It’s a budget hotel so don’t expect 5 star hospitality. But yes value for the money . I will continue to stay in this hotel .

no customer support, 3 last nights I stayed at this hotel, but today check out time they charged laundry 250/ for bath cloth stain removal, I don't know why they behave as a local lodge type. and reception can't be clarified that.

No clean bed & toilet , not ok not

The location is good. But lot of construction is going on at present which makes it difficult to move about and getting cab on time. We had to wait for 2 hours to check in despite the hotel claiming that we have been given complementary early check in facility. Breakfast served is found to be ver good and room facilities are also nice..

Stay was very good and clean

stayed on30 th August 2025. Good experience. Totally clean room and washroom. Room was with a balcony with view. This was above our expectation. Room was well decorated with all amenities and will give 5 out of 5. Aa our package was without food, we experience the dining separately. Food was really tasty and wholesome and pocket friendly. We had a nice experience in staying in the hotel.

This hotel is in the worst condition possible. The couch was dirty and it was burnt the floor was sticky and dirty. And the tooth paste that was kept was a used one which had hair and also they gave dirty towels and made us pay about for dry cleaning. Overall not worth at all

They gave us upgraded suites at Shivas Galaxy Hotel and the rooms and service was good. The breakfast was surprisingly good. The lunch and dinner could be a bit better, especially with non veg.

A nice short stay near Airport. Good breakfast and staff was courteous to accommodate your requests.

The room was cozy, since construction is going on so the way to hotel is quite muddy, otherwise all the amenity are there

I had a pleasant stay! The property was well-located, the staff was courteous, and the food was really good—especially breakfast. Rooms were clean and facilities were well-maintained. Overall, a comfortable and value-for-money experience. Would definitely recommend to others!

Every thing is fine only they billed me for coke which I didn't use from their mini bar. I stayed with my family and none of our family drink cold drink. Any how for the matter of Rs.100.00 paid but this type of practice is not good for the hotel.

The road outside the hotel is very muddy, which makes it difficult to access the property. The breakfast quality was also poor and disappointing. Additionally, the hotel did not provide even one complimentary mineral water bottle in the room — only chargeable bottles were available. Overall, the experience did not meet basic expectations.

It was great the room was good and bathroom was clean and the service was great everything was nice
