Nice property neat and clear and services are amazing. All the faculties which are provided to me are accurate and i will definitely stay again there

Let’s have a detailed review of this property for better understanding and judgement of the people booking this property. 1. No toiletries 2. No wifi 3. No working tv 4. Dirty linen and cushion covers 5. Dirty rooms 6. Dirty floors 7. Fake photos 8. Dirty bathroom 9. 0 trained staff 10. Receptionist or manager rude these are some basic requirement when you book a hotel for your family trip but this hotel fails to provide you a family friendly enviornment. 1. We booked the property 3 weeks before our arrival date that is 31st december 2023, they did not mention anything in the property discription that they are hosting a new year’s party at their rooftop which will end at 2:00am in the morning. The music was so loud even till 2:00am that we could not sleep. 2. The rooms are so dirty and not at all maintained well, linen is so dirty that you can see curry stains and lots of other stains. 3. All the walls are being painted with the gutka pukes or something else-being spilled by any customer staying earlier and the owner does not give a damn about cleaning those stains. 4. Manager or the receptionist are so busy in arranging the new year’s party that they do not even care to talk to you properly or your parents for that matter. 5. We ordered tea in the room, they served us the same in a cup which was clearly washed in a hurry, served along with a quarter plate as a saucer to the cup which was clearly used for some noodles or soup thing earlier and the waitor or the bell boy was missing the party so much that he half handed the cup to me in the room and rushed like rabbit found a carrot. 6. Not recommended for family or couples at all. Unsafe behaviour of the managerial staff and the guests which came to party and that too from outside the hotel. 7. They have the kitchen attached to their lobby which is just below the first floor rooms, you can clearly hear the sounds of kitchen at 2:00am from your first floor room and can not sleep at all. 8. No security gaurd or top management level employee available at the property in case of any unsafe issue. 9. When asked to stop the songs or lower down the volume of the music the night shift asked me only ‘sir band karva dein abhi?’ i mean hello are you serious its 2:00 am in the midnight and you are asking a guest if he has a problem for loud music. 10. They charge you rs. for a double occupancy room In short, unclean room, unsafe for family & couple, not worth the price. Maybe a dharamsala would have been a better option in agra.

Hotel looked decent from the outside but the locality doesn't give you good feel about the hotel. Property was not very well maintained. Kitchen was unhygienic. Bed sheets were stained, there was shortage of towels, bathroom had no viper. Professionalism was missing in terms of running the hotel. Had expectations similar to fabhotel properties in delhi ncr but this one didn't live up to standards at all. My whole group was heavily disappointed with the place
