horrible experience. map location shared is 2 kms away from the property.no phone number the property was provided by the Fab. disgusting cleanliness. dirty blanket cover and pillow cover. dirty room. dirty door mat. room wash basin. even water was not provided. a un professional guy was taking care of the property. pathetic experience.

We reached at 8 pm and when we saw rooms conditions we didn’t stay we left. It was not for family stay room was dirty stinky so we left please refund our payment

I have booked the hotel through makemytrip and found value for money. The staff behavior is very supportive and on time delivery.

Lot of mosquitoes in the room and the amenities are not providing free. Not valuable for this amount. Rates are higher with these type of facilities.

I ve travelled to Indore for business meeting and I just booked fab hotel Regal as itz rating is 4.2. But don't go wid the rating as it is false, forced by hotel staff to submit 5 (excellent) then only they will allow you to checkout. Now problems at the hotel 1) Continuous water is not supplied in the rooms, during from 8AM to 11AM there is no water. After calling multiple times to hotel staff small amount of water is provided. 2) the water comes in the taps smells like supplied from some nallah or bad source. 3) due to insufficient water i was unable to flush after getting fresh in the morng. 4) small bugs are present on the bed, they bite you in the night and you feel like itching whole night. 5) there is open shaft in all the rooms without any net or any other hindrance ( as they have converted hostel into hotel. Mosquitoes, houseflies and small houseflies enters the rooms through shaft despite being using repellents. 6) drinking water bottle is of bad quality. I asked them to provide me good quality water like bisleri, aquafina or kinley but hotel staff denied and forced me to drink the water bottle given by them. 7) The hotel is used by sex workers also, throughout the night u may find shouting coming. 8) wifi connectivity is assured by hotel staff but wifi isn't working, I have to use my phone data for meetings and works. Conclusion: On business travel if a person concentrate on arranging such things and when and how they will do their work and concentrate on their work. Terrible experience. I have booked hotel as it is marketed by FAB, but FAB has only few good hotel in their list rest their services are equivalent to OyO only.

Wrist experience, staff is very rude, mosquitos in the room, service is very bad, tv is not working, i have hurry to check in because of my work they took 300 early check in for 1 hour early, i don't recommend this hotel

Booked through mmt, not pleased with the cleanliness of room, it was dirty, mattresses were also dirty.

The staff was courteous, rooms were clean. Bedsheet and towels were clean as new. Though the bathroom lacks toiletries. Overall it was an excellent stay. I would like to stay again on my next visit.
