Denied early check-in and was asked never to book

groupI was not given early check in and when they got to know i had booked they were furious and they asked me to never do so. The room was pathetic with hygeine issues. Would never recommend this for anyone

There will be a tv but not working. There will be a ac but not working. Staff behaviour was terrible, they mentioned in the details that local id are allowed but the scenario was different. The owner was very rude

Not Suitable for Elderly People

The room was not clean, AC was making a sound like a generator whole night. No lift so not suitable with heavy luggage. The room size was too small,If you pay at Hotel then you might get good room,

Staff was polite. Felt positive while checking in. They have big common area for cafeteria as well as lift. Rooms were nice, clean and hygiene. At last worth it the amount i paid

It is worst stay ever, the butler did not put their mask on and the hotel was dirty like a public washroom and also there is no parking.

Location is good but unprofessional behaviour by staff. Rooms were also not clean
