we had a bad experience at the hotel while checking, we booked a deluxe room for 2+1, On they showed a picture with a double bed and while checking they offered two single bed in a room. how 2+1 guest accommodated? We paid extra charges

No hygenes poor quality of food noise rooms because of location dirty beds terrible washrooms average internet connectivity roude staff

Don't book this hotel. I reached yesterday and asked to show the room they will show me 2 rooms and i was selected by the window side room but when he knows i was booked they denied to give this room and saying give me extra charge to this room. If you book directly then we will give this room.

Never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. Worst experience ever. They provide room with non working air conditioner even they know, the room is not maintained properly. At mid night when i suffer then i change my room after so many calls on reception. Also keep in mind before going to stay they don't provide you a single water bottle.

Proper ventilation was lacking in the room as well as bedsheets weren't much clean

I would like to recommend hotel galaxy for a comfortable and peaceful stay at indore. Location is excellent for shopping and for visiting important places in and around indore.

Rooms are too congested and bed size is also small. We stayed for two days but room service not provided second day. Overall it's a average kind of hotel.

Hotel stay was completely comfortable. Rates are high but in main city it's ok. Easily transport facility is available. Staff is cooperative. I can give 2. 5 out of 5.

Hotel location is very good but room size small

When i reach property they ask me pay extra not support finally they denied checkin thanks to support staff of mm t they provide me another accomodation

Hotel is located at prime location in indore, but it is average not up to the mark in hygienity. Food prices are very costly.

Hotel was very nice and location was too good, hotel staff was polite, food was good, hotel was very clean, behaviour of hotel staff was good, safety was the best thing i like about the hotel. Only negative about them was that they don't allow outside food in the hotel.

Nice hotel at prime location. Room service are excellent. Staff and food hygiene are excellent.

Wash room door unable to close, when we contacted reception, person came and suggested that need to lift the door and close. No checks from their end, bigger tile cracks in wash room. Only advantage is location, remaining all poor
