The rooms and common areas did not meet expected hygiene standards. For example, wastebaskets were not properly cleaned. * Pest control was inadequate. Even without using the air conditioning overnight, I experienced problems with mosquitoes, indicating a lack of effective pest management. * The overall environment was unpleasant. An offensive odor forced a member of my party to leave prematurely. * These issues combined to create a poor sleeping environment. * As a result, I feel the cost of this stay was not justified. Pathetic service by the hotelier, there was no water in the hotel, the rooms were too squeezed and narrow, light went off ten times, the bathroom was not at all clean, had smear marks on the wash basin and comode, the people in control of the hotel were disinterested in helping me out, the drinking water provided was filled up using wash basin water, it was no less than hell. I would never ever wish to book a room here

My stay at this property was an extremely disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, there were numerous issues that made it clear that staying here was a mistake. First, it took the staff almost 1.5 hours just to locate a room for us that met even basic standards. The first room we were assigned lacked essential amenities, and we eventually settled into a room that at least had functioning lights, a fan, an exhaust fan in the bathroom, and a working air conditioner. However, even this room was far from clean, with dust on the furniture and visible stains. It was frustrating to see the lack of care and maintenance, making it difficult to feel comfortable in the space. The bedding situation was another disappointment. The pillows provided were extremely thin, almost non-existent, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the drinking water had a strong chlorine smell, making it unpleasant and unsafe to drink without concerns. Perhaps the most concerning aspect of our stay was the security of the room itself. Shockingly, the door didn’t have a lock. This forced us to leave our belongings in an open room every time we stepped out. The lack of basic security is unacceptable, and while we were fortunate that nothing was stolen, it made us feel constantly uneasy and unsafe. Overall, the experience was terrible, and the surrounding neighborhood only added to our dissatisfaction. The hotel’s location was not at all as expected, and it was far from any conveniences, leaving us feeling isolated. Admittedly, we should have researched the area more thoroughly, but the combination of the hotel’s poor upkeep and undesirable location made for a thoroughly negative stay. In summary, I would not recommend this property due to its poor cleanliness, lack of basic amenities, security concerns, and disappointing location.

Everything written about the hotel was a lie. My room door didn't have a lock. There was no telephone in the room. The water they provided was not mineral water, it was the same water coming from the taps and tasted terrible. There was no wifi, no. Power back up. On the first night of my stay, electricity went down for most of the night and i had to sleep without any ac or fan. The bedsheets were not clean. No food options were available. In short everything written in the description is a lie. Avoid this hotel!

The hotel is safe for solo travellers and rooms were cozy and comfortable. I really like their services , they ensured my room was immaculate and the receptionist was very humble and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property with 5 star ⭐️ rating.

I have lodge a complaint also against this property, they have the dirtiest room with no toiletries & towel. Even asking for they didn't give the same. Have a nightmare to spend 6 hrs there in night. Reached hotel at 11 in night & left the hotel at 4. 30 am
