That room was worth Rs. 500 per night... but I paid for this which is totally unjustified

The room was terrible and staff was rude and unprofessional. The walls were broken, lights did not work, bedsheets and linen was dirty and looked like it is not washed. Tv was listed in amenities but it was not working and after complaining it did work but after hours. Ac did not appropriately cool the room. Overall, i do not recommend this stay to anyone as it is just gonna spoil your trip. The pictures are completely opposite from the actual room.

We stayed overnight with family. Room of average size and cleaning level is good. It’s a budget hotel and didn’t expect much in this price range. No breakfast available means no kitchen

It is a good hotel to stay. But rooms are conjusted and old. The price of these rooms should not be more than 1200. Otherwise tha staff was good and co-operative.

Amazing ambiance. The rooms are very comfortable and cozy. The service is really good and the staff members are very polite and friendly. Must-visit place for a memorable time.

Prior to booking it was mentioned that check out time is 12 pm but they forced to check out on 11pm. Room was small

It’s very good experiance with this hotel with very cooperative staff and well maintained hygienic rooms also. Location is very nice it’s near to elante mall, sukhna lake, railway station. I love to be visit again there.

Please take the premium room in this property

The room is very small with a really small name sake double bed. The room breadth isnt even a full 10 feet. The walls are paper thin, we could hear not only clear voice from next room plus the snoring plus anyone even moving outisde or talking at reception. Staff is ill mannered and doesnt care for any reviews. Overall poor in everything except for location. But stay away from this hotel

Poor experience. Not matched with what described. No proper toletries provided. No restaurant. No veg food joints nearby. Only one staff. Overall, will not prefer next time.

Room as well as food was not up to the mark, i had just my breakfast there but that didn’t come to my expectations. And room quality shown in images was not same practically. Was really disappointed

No hygiene, lot of noises and disturbance, electricity cut, small room, leaking bath fittings.

My stay for two days was comfortable. Cleanliness was good. Location of the hotel is also very convenient, being on the main road and near to railway station. Some points need attention. The room seemed to be very small with the double bed occupying the whole space. Wardrobe was very small and inadequate. There was no space to keep the bags. In the washroom there was no place/stand to keep the toiletries. At 8 AM also, there was nobody to take order for breakfast (the person was sleeping). Also, when I came back, my room was found to be open and was told that it was just being cleaned up by house keeping person. Also, found that the kettle was removed and was to be requested again.
