rude behaviour of staff and very dirty

Khataml hai bahot udhar baki thik tha but room saf nhi tha

worst experience so far, beds are full of bed bugs, kitchen is not clean at all and caretakers are not even tidy and clean, rats and cockroaches are hanging around

I told them to call at 11:00 pm and i would come by 1:00 to 2:00 am due to my train delhi to mumbai late. They confirmed but after i reached the hotel by 1:15 but they did not allow me to board. That the same i called to makemytrip customer care, for cancellations.

Honest review for everyone.. everything is perfect for the stay. All you have to worry about is the washroom because it is shared and you have may have to wait. It is not that clean as well, but the rooms are fine.

They don't provide with any breakfast at this place. However mentioned about the breakfast.

it does not have lift installed, if you are going with patients, don't go cause climbing 3 stairs , if you are going for fun then it's a good choice , low price, clean and all 👍🏻

I had a disappointing experience at this hostel. The staff and roommates were unfriendly and impolite. The rooms were overcrowded, with eight beds crammed into each one. This led to a noisy environment where any slight disturbance, like someone opening their locker or coming and going, would wake others up. Despite the humid weather in May, the air conditioning was only turned on during specific hours. The hostel provided a table and chair, but the area was poorly ventilated. The only option was to keep the window open, which faced a busy road, allowing noise and pollution to enter the room. To make matters worse, the staff insisted on keeping the door open, further compromising privacy and comfort. Overall, I would not recommend this hostel due to the rude staff, overcrowded rooms, lack of proper amenities, and an unpleasant atmosphere.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Decent and clean rooms and washrooms. Ideal for a budget stay. Travel-ling is easy as santa cruz railway station is in proximity.
