Good service

I booked ac room, but they denied and proved-ed me non ac room. Condition of room was terrible. Total fraud.

We booked the room, but the room was terrible, it didn't looked same as picture provided, the beds were not clean, the bathroom door was broken, the bedsheets were already used, the cupboard was filled with rubbishhh stuff

Service is avrge not to much expections

I have booked room in ₹/- bit at the hotel, the hotel manager told, i need to pay ₹ 700/- for this room. It's just ridiculous.

The bathroom was totally horrible i was not able to take oxygen too. they took extra charges and not given breakfast for which i have paid.

Rooms are not fresh. Walls are damaged inside room, bad smell in bathroom. Very bad experience, we left hotel in 1 hrs. I called makemytrip to change my accomodation but you have not accepted as hotel is not cancel-led booking

Decent place if you just want a roof overnight. If you've any expectations then it's better to look for other places.
The cupboard door was broken, wash basin was extremely small, there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, no elevator.

For the price being charged, OYO had provided better rooms and services. Quality seems to be down now.
