Actually the hotel interior was good but lacks in basic facilities like in washroom tap is broken and some is not working and in the tap sometimes only hot water comes and sometimes only cold .No lock in washroom door.

There was insect in my food terrible experience I won’t choose this hotel at any cost even someone offered me for free

Every room had faults, changed rooms 3 times, bugs , the flush was not working, not maintained properly, bedsheets very different

worst hotel ever stayed in. Dirty bed, sheets, room, filthy toilet. I got food poisoning from their food as well. Please avoid. Oyo townhouse brand is fake they are misusing it

They have charged me one ₹50 as a tariff difference. Bar adjacent to Hotel, so not at all good for the family.

I would suggest please ignore this property. This is worst property I have ever encountered. The rooms are extremely shitty and filled with cockroaches.. Bathrooms are never cleaned

As best as any hotel can. The only suggestion is that hotel should provide 1 mineral water bottle for free.

I have prebooked ac room. Payment also done in advance. But i have offered nonac room. Vey unhygienic.

Not recommended with family, they deny checkin because they said amount is low however you have booking from mmt and mmt also said our service team is working on it after that you have left only one option you have to pay and checkin. Service and food also not good.

3 nights - booked as location was convenient - hotel extorted more money than paid thru make my trip - else would not allow check in - unable to contact make-my-trip customer service, very poor amenities - no kettle no tea/coffee sachets in room, overhead fan noisy and aircon poor, no change of linen even on request, level of cleanliness poor

When i reached the hotel the reception said me they had no tie up with the make my trip and took extra 900 rupees for each day which was very irresponsible and irritating and disagreed to give refund when insisted

Firstly, i was asked to pay extra even when i booked the room, when i just wanted to sleep. As i was tired of traveling, next there were lots of cockroaches in the room which came running as soon as i opened the door pathetic hygiene. Never staying again.
