perfect location! friendly staff! so peaceful to be in the presence of lord Shiva.

Worst room, no kettle, no refrigerator, leakage in washroom. No room service.No food service.No intercom to connect for help service.

Room size is ok but it was difficult to locate since it doesn't have any sign board or whatsoever. Free wifi was also not good very low bandwidth.

Stay was comfortable, nice rooms, people and attendents were good, should improve on food service

It was nice and spacious room with all the amenities...quite affordable to stay while in this area

Overall good stay and well-behaved staff. A few issues they should work on: e.g. new bed sheets, pillows weren't ready, the bathroom exhaust wasn't working, no more than just a small soap for the bathroom, and service was a little slower than expected. But I got breakfast and Tea (payable) on request. The room was big and spacious, the bathroom was clean, and the AC was working. Thanks!

First they gave me a very small room without any chair,table etc. Charged me Rs for one day through mske my trip. Then I asked for a table they showed mecsnither room with table and chair.Response is very poor from hotel staff.No food nothing. I depended on Swiggy,zomato and Blinkit

The name Embassy Suites was totally misleading I had booked it thinking it was Embassy Suites part of the Hilton Hotels. It turned out to be a dirty lodge in a temple /dham grounds. It was ridiculous. Couldn’t move to a different hotel it was late in the evening around 10pm after a very long day. Had to put up with everything dirty bed sheets,towels, etc. it was a total rip off.

The location is very convenient for the US embassy. It was a 10 minute brisk walk away. the room was clean and adequate for a solo person and the guy at the desk was polite and forthcoming regarding local information. He also doubled up as the chef and made a hearty breakfast of tea and aloo Paratha

from airport to the hotel i took ola and as i reached there there eas no hotel there aftwr finding all over around 30 mins i got a local guy woh guided me to the peoperty there was no lights and no name board. the manager says its called sangam horrible view, no hot water after asking for it , fan making so much noice , i ordered some snacks from zomato but it also cant find the property so i have to go out and guided him and collect my parcel. waste of money and time. the first thing i checkout the room. this in not a hotel its worst than a lodge.

This is a temple premise. They are cheating the people in disguise and in the name of embassy suites. The location shared ends in the middle of the road, and there is no direction/board to this place. The embassy suites is located in bharathi. Niwas seems to be dharmashala of the temple or something like that, and this is not a normal place to stay. The charges for this accommodation are also not worth

Last week i visited this place. Staff behavior is excellent. All staff are cooperative. I strongly recommend this place
