That is not a hotel, that is a dharamshala. Shame on you for keeping this on your watch. This is a very bad hotel. It is dirty. Very bad hotel in my entire life

Location is okay, not very far from the railway station, but the rooms are at second story which makes somewhat problematic for senior citizens like us to climb upstairs. Secondly they are not good health wise as no cross ventilation and no reach of sunlight. Otherwise i don't have any problem with the attendants, who were courteous all the time. Overall, i can't give more than two stars, it's basically a guest house for a short period and not a hotel room as designated super deluxe room by your company. Hence the amount charged for the same is too much, it should have cost below 1000 rs

Location is good and staff are polite and helpful, although housekeeping is lacking, towels were not provided, tv and mini fridge didn't work, ac and geyser was turned on after informing reception. Overall the stay was average, but comfortable.

It is average hotel, as per the hotel it is costly, room are very small

It was a poor stay, room was ok, Hotel services was very poor, staff was limited and was very unprofessional, there were on ambiances and amenities were also very poor only location was at the heart of the City other than that every thing was very poor and costly too. Not suggested.

The breakfast quality was very good. The room spacious, washroom was clean, they provide everything in the washroom; i.e towel, soap, shampoo. We had a very good experience at the property.

Good service, done all requirements before time.
