Review Of East West Farmstay

i dont feel comfortable at all . No service for anything , no cleanliness, only the location is quiet silent and nature's nest for having peaceful life.I choose family room one twin bed and one single bed but they gave me a small room with a single bed that too having stinky smell. i felt very uncomfortable.

Terrible stay! The bed smelled like it hasn’t been washed in ages, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. The room was full of insects and bugs, which made the experience even worse. Honestly, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

location was fine, but the property was good. The wash room was too bad and the property caretaker was so adamant for giving a towel, as he was in an interpretation that there is only one towel for a room. Also I booked with breakfast but haven't got a breakfast. when asked, they have informed that they are not giving breakfast now.

first of all to start with this is not 7.8 km far from centre but 19 km so keep that in mind Also gmaps is wrong u have to navigate around 700 m more to find ,the hotel is on hill so be mindful of the steep climb to enter either for walk or car .it is quite silent and dark at night .Now talking about rooms we got what we paid that is single room of beds ,one washroom.dorm kindoff.So we upgraded requesting the manager which are good .The takecareers are very good people and help when needed.Just be mindful of the distance from centre

you gave us fucking wrong address of the hotel location 🤬💦💦💦 correct that address first.Other than that, hotel stay experience is good.

Location: this was situated nearby 20acres area which is around 15km far from munnar, the issue we have faced is the location & the travelling time was taking an average of 45 mins driving a car. stay: No soaps, Water, Bedsheets were provided, we want to go & ask whatever we required. we agree it's a farm stay/home stay, host was asked to keep silence every time even we cannot keep volume in our mobile phones. if they want silence not sure why they are giving rooms for rent to the guests.since we came to enjoy a trip. room keys were not properly working I booked 3 rooms, 1room the lock was not working so we want to shift all the luggages & locked in an other room. proper cleanliness is not followed. foods: no non vegetarians foods can be prepared from their end, but the good this is they allowed to take outside foods. Other area: there was a good & calm location & there was some areas go sit & relax which is good. swimming pool is not in a accessible condition. overall review: we booked room around 4.7k for 3 rooms & for 2 nights. for this price range it's ok to book in this peak season.

Location are very difficulty

Frist the home stay not in that location and they give to my rooms to another person and i rise the complaint and to get the luxury rooms another cottage his cost of money,they can provide another resort villa and that rooms was so comfortable and worth able for money

I found location by map and food that I felt it eas homely all are better

Rooms Are Good , Food Available There , Staffs Are Good , Little Inconvenience Is There Because of insects coming Inside the room , Better they can improve that, But Overall Good Experience In the Homestay Located In Between The Farm Will Give You The Unique Experience with Nature , For The The Price It Was Worth The Money...
