The stay was good and peacefull the staff was nice but there is black Ants which comes to the bed and crawls over our body. I was putting Earphones in my ears so that i belive it wint enter thears

we had an awesome stay in between the very green seren location. Ioved the stay, good rooms, we were a group of 6 people and we cooked our own meals. The caretaker kumari amma is very caring and best in guiding you, the owner Joepaul is caring too and concerned of his guests, even if hes not in the property. Two adorable cats added to the charm of the place. While the drive to the homestay can be a bit challenging due to the hilly terrain, it's typical of the area around Munnar. The location is slightly distant from Munnar, but if you enjoy spending time in a tranquil, nature-filled setting, this place is perfect with privacy too. We are giving this homestay an awesome 5/5 rating.

The location is very serene. Its off the city hustle and we love the property. They have a cute cat and 2 kittens i loved being around them for 2 days. Host is really good and helpful despite being langauge difference. Rooms and washroom is good. We had bonfire too and we enjoyed everything about the stay. Recommendable.

Need proper clean sir honestly speaking we found 3 used soaps and hairs fallen in the restroom. But 1 dettol soap with 1 good clean towel were provided with 4 water bottles on the table. But in first room the provided blanket had a smell with the pillows as well. And we had 1 red small pillow were too many white hairs on it. Doors we had only 1 lock for the main both doors. Roads are pathetic where we was not able to take the car to the Homestay. Highly not recommended with this Homestay for family members as there is no care taker in the property at night. We didn’t have a proper sleep as well. I don’t no whether u know this. But this is the fact owner needs to take care of all this please. 🙏

Joepaul farm stay is very peaceful place accommodation and treating guest the way is very lovely. There is lotto of view point nearby farm. And room neet and clean. Overall stay is super. If u want enjoy calm and peace i can go there.

We arrived a bit early before the checkin time, the host was kind enough to let us in. The rooms were not clean. The bathroom was infested with large snails. Also there was no hot water in the shower only though taps. There are no restaurants nearby. The nearest restaurant is 15km away and food ordering is unavailable we had to off-road for 1km to reach this location.

No facilities. Location is horrible. No cook. No gas in the kitchen. Bno micro oven and even no tv in the property. Total waste of money, time. We were cheated by wrong promises. Request you not to reconnect this property to any one. Thanks. Hope you had seen my rating - the feed back. The whole holiday wae went terrible because of the stay i had choosen on this property. 2 nights we went with out dinner. I need the refund. Thanks

Cooking, caretaker very good and friendly. Property owner very kind man. Very peaceful l mind enjoy the movement. Over all specially kerala fish carry very goodnight fire camp awazing. Finally i miss you kerala and homestay.

Great one and we will opt for this one during our visit to Munnar. This location is in center and could travel even up to Munnar, Iddukki dam and adimaly with same distance of reach. This place will give you a feel of home sweet home and will recommend this for others. There is a view point near by which will give a memorable experience for you.
