Dear Mr. Vijay, We apologize for the inconvenience caused please note as informed by our Manager we were following up from morning to resolve the WiFi issue but since the resort is little far from main area the technician visited by 07:00 PM & same was rectified by 10:00 PM itself. Regarding lift under Maintenance we have already intimated you at the time of arrival, Yes calling bell is not available however we have already escalated this to management & its under process. With regards to intercom due to internal maintenance work of BSNL we provide whats app number to all guest during arrival but unfortunately due to link failure of wi-fi call wasn't getting connected. When you have raised about bathroom not cleaned immediately we have sent our HK staff immediately & resolved, about dirty floors while we alloted the room to you it was neat & clean, the picture you shared was after using the room. Furthermore would like to share the main reason here is since you booked it for 2 Adults & there were two more kids along with you for which we allowed them but when denied to provide extra bed on complimentary basis & informed you about the charges to be paid it was then you have purposely started escalating this concerns so as to get things done on without paying any extra cost.
