The rooms were neat and clean, everything was sufficed with basic amenities for lower grade. All accessibilities were near by.

Place was good and clean, only complaint is that their breakfast timings are very minimum which is 8 to 9 only and also they don't have buffet for breakfast, you will have to order from their fixed menu

Room is not spacious enough. Bath room floor in covered white scale and faucet handles are loose and comes off while turning. AC is good and hot water is available. parking is common for the there no separate parking for the hotel.

The advantage is that it's on the highway. They don't have a definite parking space. there is an empty site next to the building. Rooms are okay, do not match the price, especially the single room- bathroom door did not close.

A comfortable stay on the highway for a stopover is perfect. Although no breakfast included there is udupi restaurant in the property serves south indian food. Booking convenience by makemytrip

The hotel offers ample car parking, making it convenient for guests with vehicles. The staff are exceptionally polite and helpful, providing excellent customer service throughout my stay. The property's location is ideal, being very close to the golden temple and other major tourist attractions in kushalanagar. Additionally, there are numerous good restaurants and hotels nearby, with a wide selection of pure vegetarian options. Rooms: the rooms are very clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. Hygiene standards are high, and all the amenities, such as the air conditioning, and plumbing, are in excellent working condition. Overall, the accommodation provided a pleasant and hassle-free experience

There is no ventilation in the room also fan are like table fans not the roof fans. Not good

Rooms are specious and clean but that's about it. We had 2 rooms and in both rooms, ac stopped working in middle of the night. At 3am, we are advised to change rooms, give me a break! no tea/coffee in room service, rooms and corridors were filled with insect in nights, commode seat had to held by hand, very weak flush, parking shown in pictures are for restaurants and another shop. 1 hr after we checked in, we were asked to remove the car! in lift, floor buttons were not working. I can go on but in nutshell, it was terrible stay. Just i am not giving 1 star due to cleanliness and spacious rooms at the time of check in.

Worst customer service, rude staff, staff drunken and quarrel-ling with us when we ask for their basic amenities are not working and rude receptionist suresh and rajesh denied the service and not even listen which caused irritation to us where they are negligible for hours and they cheated 10 thousand amount as we vacated on one day stay itself. They denied to provide service nor the advance amount of 20000 thousand. It’s not only we face the issue. In google reviews we can see 100s of customers given 1/5 rating with hotel staff rude behaviour and rowdyism. Reviews shows they beat customers also. Worried why make my trip suggest such horrible hotel. Entire holiday plan has been spoiled for us as we return back to home due to the upset and loss caused by the worst staff in the hotel. I need make my trip supervisors to contact me and i need refund.

Friendly staffs, clean and spacious room, its close to the golden temple and kaveri nisargadhama they also had ample parking space. There are few restaurants next to the stay which is convenient. Overall a decent stay with low price.
