Location is good , and if you have sedan than you can have problem to reach that property, Mr. Kushagra at reception was not at all helpful and most of the time didn’t answer room calls , breakfast options are very less and food quality was also bad

Firstly, there is no staff member named Mr. Kushagra at our property, so we are unsure whom you're referring to. Secondly, our hotel is situated directly on the main road, and all types of vehicles, including sedans, have absolutely no issue accessing it—as confirmed by countless guests who visit us daily without any complaints. Regarding breakfast and food quality, we consistently receive positive feedback for our diverse menu and high standards, and we firmly disagree with your assessment. Our team puts in genuine effort to maintain service quality, and vague or inaccurate claims without basis do a disservice to that commitment.

Room was dirty no aminities in the room you have to ask for each and everything again and again shower was not working. I stayed only one day other night I have to book some other hotel. Will never book again Poor very poor

Good Stay
We stayed there for 2 days. Hotel location is good. View from rooftop restaurant was very good. Room service was also good. But room was average. We booked Deluxe AC room and every time we switch ON the washroom light exhaust fan start automatically and it’s very noisy which was annoying.

horrible hotel, no where 3 star hotel, badly kept, fungus on toilet curtains, in high tea they were serving one tea and good day biscuits, food and service not good at all. request to not sell tgis property. I tried many calls also but no help,

Below average experience
We stayed here for 3 nights and it was a very okayish experience. The breakfast menu was almost same all 3 days. The staff seemed very lazy and service was very slow. Rooms were clean but beds were uncomfortable. The gaming area was untidy and cake was thr on foosball table when we went thr. Overall I would not recommend this place.

Pleasant stay, good location, great staff
If you are looking for a budget stay on the way to your trip to shimla via kasauli then this is a good option. The stay is near to chandigarh shimla expressway and 8 km from kasuali. Hotels near kasauli are more crowded especially during weekends. This place provides good luxury stay with some indoor games and outdoor rooftop dine in. The buffet was good however more items and quality could be added to the food.

The exterior and interior of the hotel needs refurbishing. The moment I saw the hotel I was totally surprised Over all , the rooms are spacious, limited food options but the taste was good and the staff is courteous... The entrance of the hotel and the interiors needs refurbishing.
