Location is perfect .15 mins from Kasauli. Food is very good no extra spices. If you want to enjoy the fresh beer they serve that and their wood oven pizzas are amazing

Hi, The room was okay so but the only problem was ki very shortage of tea bags and milk powder, and there was no way we can make tea. I told these guys so many times that please arrange for some milk powder or some tea bag so that we can make tea, these guys didn't have tea bags. They didn't have sugar. They didn't have milk powder and they were shortage of towels. They gave us hand towel to take bath. Just imagine you know there is no connect connectivity and if you want to call the reception, you have to use your mobile phone. There was no intercom, so I would suggest it is not a good place to stay terrible place, so please think twice before you check-in.

I complained same day there was no water supply in washrum and nor the room that i booked even when i ask for this at night receptionist said water supply will on by morning 6am and i also check out room in morning 5am for washroom problem and nobody ask me to why you leave hotel.same time I complained at Mmt customer cares to refund my money

I checked into your hotel with the expectation of a safe, hygienic, and comfortable stay, which is the minimum standard assured to any paying customer. However, to my utter shock and dismay, I discovered large insects, including big spiders, crawling inside the room which had been allotted to me. This not only created an atmosphere of fear and disgust but also pointed to gross negligence and a severe lapse in cleanliness and hygiene standards maintained by your establishment. On immediately reporting this issue to the hotel staff, instead of acknowledging the seriousness of the matter and taking proper remedial steps like using an insecticide or offering an alternate room, your staff attempted to evade the complaint. When I insisted on prompt action, they sprayed room freshener instead of any insect killer, clearly attempting to suppress the issue with superficial and ineffective measures. This response was not only unsatisfactory but also amounted to deliberate disregard for guest safety and dignity.

staff was good and cooperative The food was good but the service tooooo slow. @ night they have only 1 staff at the roof top to serve multiple customers ( very slow service) no kettle available in the room have to wait till 8:30 a. m. for morning tea as no kettle service in the room and kitchen open late@8:30a. m.

it's was d worst hotel all d management was so rude .. I book the hotel dates by mistaken from 6 to 7 and within a minute I connected with a customer care telling them I don't know how it happened I was only searching for 7 to 8 June but the hotel behave very badly with the customer care people also as the hotel had so many options available we can do didn't agree to provide me me room on 7 -8 instead of 6 -7 I was even ready for a low category room as it was very difficult to reach the property on 6th as I book the property last night that is 6 june 12 am only n I have a small baby wd m .. when all the customer care from MakeMyTrip mention the property person is very very rude and bad because they also called the property of within 5 minutes of time after my booking but they totally denied it and I couldn't reach the property on 6th of June and my whole amount was wasted. I paid without even staying there because of denying in the change of dates by the property . property was completely empty and it was showing online but still they didn't allow me to change the dates after asking them so many times it was the worst experience I ever had. I dnt recommend ds property to anyone . if the person who is handling the property can't even adjust in the case of emergency then I don't know how to deal with it and its not like this and no they said no in a very rude manner very very pathetic experience they don't know how to talk to a girl they don't know how to talk to a person anyone. I am a regular customer and I keep coming to Shimla and Chandigarh so it's my halt spot but I am not going to recommend this property to anyone it's the worst property in the whole Kasauli.

It was a very pleasant experience. The location in very easily accessible and is situated in a very beautiful environment. The food is very delicious with endless variety, wood baked pizza, chicken and so on. The rooms and well equipped with ACs , geysers and well maintained WiFi. The staff is very cooperative and attentive.

Good place to hangout, food is good ,vibe is good. You can make good content here. Olio cafe is a plus point . Enjoy your coffee n pizza with different Indian dishes.
