coupleIt was a disaster to stay their even for a night first of all there is no light in the hotel they not allowing to get food to room no warm water to n rush or wash-up very bad service very bad and worst experience ever are giving one time candle and nothing after that

This hotel didn't exist for us.
We were moved to other hotel as there was no water supply. We had to pay 500inr for a plate of meal that consisted of 2rotis, a bowl of rice, dallas and a dry vegetable curry. It is not this expensive in other restaurants even in remote areas ahead of lachen.

Dear ms. Jaiswal, we are extremely apologetic to hear about your experience. However i would like to inform you that in lunch we do have these items and i. E; rice, roti, sabji (2types) alu potol & cabbage alu, yellow dal, salad, papad, pickle. Which costs, 350- plus taxes per pax and it is very cheap in lachen. Regarding your hotel stay, we do apologize as there were some water issues which occurred all of a sudden and for that we had to shift you to another hotel. We would like to reassure you that we have noted down your feedback and it will be shared with the concerned department for sure. Our goal is to provide guests with warm, efficient and personalized service and we take that very seriously. They were reluctant to provide even the facilities. Not advisable
No extra mattress provided. Food average. Electric kettle - Yes. Geyser - Yes. Staff - Good. Services - Bad.

Good hotel with minimal amenities
This place is a decent one given the fact that you are in Lachen which itself is a remote location to get your supplies. This property has some power cut problems but their dinner is absolutely mind blowing. They served home cooked food which was absolutely tasty but do not expect a lot for the breakfast as they will wake you up at 4 am since everyone visiting Lachen, visits Gurudongmar Lake.

Not as per mark
Our stay here was not good. The location of the hotel provides no view. There was only one staff and the manager was working as a staff person. The food here was very expensive. There is no phone in the room and you have to go by your own to call the manager. The geyser was almost not working. They don't provide you with coffee or tea and will tell you to prepare it by yourself with the kit provided in the room.

Please refund for this booking
Very bad hotel. No room service, no phone for calling room service, no wi-fi, even they don't help for a single phone call they don't provide morning tea. Even when we ask to pay for it. Very bad parking facility. We have got late for one and a half hours for our morning trip a cut of their parking arrangements. I won't refund for this booking. Very disappointed. Never recommend.

Not recommended for non- veg people
This is a pure veg hotel, that was not mentioned anywhere during booking. They said there was no connection of Tata sky in this area, but the tv was working in a restaurant just beside the hotel. Room and service was average. No view from room.
