Location was good but the service was poor, I was allocated my room at 3:30 while the checkin tym was 12 as stated. Also the rooms had non workable thermostats and the guard was not available anytime to open and close the door

Staff service was poor not helpful

The room is ok but there is no proper room service.

Hotel is decent but there is a problem of hot water team was supportive and did their best. Breakfast should have more choices.

The hotel is located near to metro, bus stand, mall, market. Room is well maintained. We stayed in twin bed shareing room with bfast. Staff is very cooperative and stay was awesome. Thanks for everything, will stay soon.

Very comfortable and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great tv and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff and fantastic breakfasts and dinner. The hotel is very central within easy reach from our factory. I will certainly be back"

Staying experience good. Rooms are neat & clean. They only serve the veg food through their own kitchen. however, outside foods are allowed.

The stay at curs in was good and comfortable. It is in an ideal location for people travel-ling for work in gurgaon. 20-30 mins from delhi airport, close to cyber city. The room was decent, breakfast was good. The maintenance could be better. Overall a good experience!

Safe and good ambiance as a solo female stayer. Ac stopped functioning at night time also a bit over priced as we have decent hotels in dlf with a little less rate
