I'm writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding the poor experience my guests had during their stay at crescent park kodaikanal. Despite booking a 2-night stay in a 4-bedded cottage through my platform, they were given a substandard room with only a single bed and an extra mattress on the ground. This was unacceptable, especially considering the late check-in at 9:30 pm and the absence of staff to receive them. The room provided was not what was promised, and my guests had a terrible night's sleep. To make matters worse, the room they had booked was later given to another guest, which further exacerbated their disappointment. They're now requesting a refund due to the poor experience, which i believe is justified. I've attached photos of the room for your reference. Owner and staff are loudly speak with the guest and tea is not provided on last day breakfast only breakfast is available. Manager rudely behave with guest.

I never felt that I was staying in a hotel and did not feel any security there. Room door directly opening to the car park area there all other taxies parked and drivers staying inside there vehicles, this place is not good for family

Additionally, breakfast service was frustrating. The breakfast time was set for 9:30 am, which is quite late, especially for guests who want to start their day early.
