I recently stayed in the Hotel in Kodaikanal, and while the ambience was truly lovely, the road leading to the hotel was quite rough. The staff, however, made up for it with their cordial and supportive nature, particularly Mr. Asis, who was exceptionally helpful. The food was just average, and what disappointed me was the kitchen's cleanliness, which didn't meet expectations. Overall, it was a mixed experience, but the scenic views and friendly staff made it worthwhile." ¹ Frequent power failure and Voltage fluctuations are there.

Poor Stay
Property is located in excellent scenery views but the road to reach the property is steepy road. Service is not good. We have faced current off for the whole night. There was not even a single light for whole night. They mentioned emergency contact number in the door but it was switched and there was no one in reception in the night to contact. It was terrible stay in this property.

The food was awesome specially the egg masala and the staff was also very helpful and friendly. The hotel literally stand by its name #mistview

property is too far from the city. driving is a little risky with kids and family because it is too high. complementary breakfast only dosa given . The room is good.

coupleIt was one of the best stay of mine in kodaikanal. It’s bit far from main city, but the reception guy takes care of all the needs. Homely and tasty food with fantastic music in the restaurant. Mesmerising and breathtaking views from the room/bed is spectacular & one of a kind experience. I will definitely visit this once again, thanks a lot for arranging the misty hikes in the forests & mountains behind the hotel.

Peaceful hillstay outside kodaikanal town
familyNeat rooms and good responsive staff service. If you want to have peaceful stay away from crowd and noise of kodaikanal town. It is a good option 4 km away from kodaikanal town. Approach road is a little bumpy.

Excellent Stay
The peaceful location, perched on top of a mountain, made this hotel a perfect retreat. The staff were friendly and attentive. The road to the hotel is a little bumpy, but it’s well worth it for the experience.

Even though it's a little off the beaten path and the road is a bit rough, this hotel is worth every kilometer. Sitting on top of a mountain, the views are breathtaking, and the tranquility is perfect for anyone seeking peace. The staff provided exceptional service throughout my stay, and the restaurant was a highlight. The food was delicious. I couldn’t have asked for a better escape."

Good Stay
Had a nice stay with a neat and beautiful room even though it was a little bit difficult to reach the location. The ambience and facilities are good. The staffs are good and polite, but not satisfactory for the overall room service. The heater was functioning partially. There was drainage problem in the bathroom after shower. We mentioned it to the staff, they told it's rectified, but still the problem was there till the last day. Overall good ambience, outside view and all. Need to improve the service.

Terrible Stay
Service very bad, given small bed instead of king size bed as given in the description, staff is very impolite and told that they are only for profit and not for service, breakfast is terrible, very small room, power fluctuation issues all the time, only good thing is the height of the property is all above the hill station.

familyLocation is very dark. But it's very important because it's top of one hill. Site location amazing. Only one thing food. It's avarage. Rate is very high and quantity it's not enough. Better anyone bring food in city. If you make rate give quantity. Only that's. Other thing make proper clean bathroom.

A wonderful experience
coupleIt was really good experience but the photos of rooms were not matched the best room you can get is 204 the property is situated little away from kodaikanal lake the way to reach is very steep and there is no shops nearby so get all the things from the city itself they have all things in there restaurant but little costly the tast was avg the staff and owner was sooo friendly parking is available but little tricky if u have big cars this is the best stay in that surroundings

For food if we don’t discuss that will be the great such warest.
I never saw such irresponsible and not maintain property what was posted and real place not at all same and there is no basic maintenance in the place.

Property location: it's totally away from the city (remote location) skilled driver required to reach the location if your not able to drive in that road, please get support from the hotel always they will support food: we had only breakfast, the food was very good property view : nice view from the hotel staff; very good staffs
