We welcomed warmly. The place had drawing room and dining table, facility of refrigerator and washing machine with kitchen.

Stayed in crescent in during my recent Chennai visit. I was really happy for the service and facilities offered by hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel is located very close to Thiruvanmiyur beach. Overall I found it very good for that pricing.

The rooms and baths are clean. The place is located on the main East Coast Road (ECR).However, they initially tried to put me into a smaller room and that too one with common bath. After I objected vehemently, they promised to change my room in two hours but finally changed it after 7 hours. I had ask them to replace the towels since somebody had earlier used it and was found kept folded neatly and still wet. The description in the Makemytrip site mentions coffee maker in the room, mineral water, 24 hoiur coffee shop etc but these do not existt. Rooms are very small but neat.

Cons: 1. Apathetic, inefficient staff 2. I asked for replenishment of toilet paper. They did not even get back to that! 3. A "deluxe" room barely has enough space for a bed. Good luck trying to move about in there... 4. Definitely not worth the amount they charge Pros: 1. Internet connection in the room
