Pros: -Staff is very cooperative and helpful -Restaurant staff is very helpful Cons: -Rooms have a bad smell -Rooms doors are broken -Swimming pool is not operative -Some lights are not working which are -present near poolside -No fridge and mirror in the room -No intercom -In hotel restaurant, AC is not working -Hair dryer, dental kit, shaving kit is missing -AC is not working even at reception area -AC is making lot of noise in the room -Wifi speed is very low -LED TV present in room is very old -Repetitive breakfast Property is not maintained properly since 5-6 years. Not worth to stay. I had a bad experience after spending good amount of money to stay here.

Terrible Stay
couplethe rooms and the facility of the room were not as per mention in the booking details at the time of booking, the property under name of country inn is the reputed one for the good customer services. We didn't have access to pool, we have taken dinner inclusive in our package which was not given us by the restaurant and the response by the restaurant which was outsourced by county inn. the bluntly denied to give us the food.After waiting for 1.6 hours we were given complementary food in another restaurant and the staff accompanied us to the place though it was not so up to the mark and the atmosphere was not so welcomed. The shower area was not enough to stand at the place. The cupboard was not easy to open without noise. one best thing we had there was staff,each and every person except restaurant were wonderful, they have genuinely shared every details with sorry and were helping in every difficulty we faced to just stay for a single day. This is a gentle reminder and Goa tourism that stop showing the services which you don't provide otherwise you will loose the Indian tourist. Not every guest visit you is there to just throw the money to you in discomfort also.

Dull hotel
Shame the pool was useable, as that was the main reason for booking into this hotel. They rung me too late to make alternative plans. If they didn't have power and water cuts then i would have enjoyed this stay. But with an average breakfast and a tired looking hotel, there isn't much to rave about. Although the staff were great and very helpful

Worst experience at Goa Hotel
Hotel condition was very poor.There were no telephone, Fridge and hair dryer in the room. Swimming pool water was very dirty.There was a lot of problem of water in the room.Not at all recommended to anyone👎

Wonderful stay
Had a wonderful stay at the country inn. About the location it is a walking distance from varca beach. When we arrived our room was upgraded which was a pleasant surprise. Coming to rooms, the room was spacious with a living room and balcony. The washrooms were clean, i was a bit skeptical after reading a few reviews about cleanliness but it was not true. Coming to food, the food was good but felt the price was a bit on the higher side compared to other south goa restaurants. The bar menu is very limited, there are literally a few options to choose from. The bar menu can certainly be upgraded

Enjoyed 5 night long stay
Location excelent. Very near serence varca beach. Just walkable diatance. Ptoperty little old, can be refurbished once. But great room space in premium rooms, has saperate living area as well, also on ground floor just opposite pool. Live music is very good. Food is room but staff behaviour is even better. Good hospitality. Not much ammenities but pool and pool side bar is very good.

Very badly maintained property. Rooms are very poorly kept. Our room door didn't close properly. Balcony had no chairs. Service is bad and there's no coordination between room service, bar area and restaurant.

Unhygienic and Old property - Needs alot of Im
familyLocation is very very far away from Airport & Railway station. Plus the Taxi mafias are really really bad. They were charging 3 to 4 times the amount and you were left with no options than to pay. The property has also lost in charm with time. Not well maintained and also the bed linens were not changed when we reached in our rooms we had to insist to change it. While using the batrooms we had uninvited guests - Frogs🐸. It was like literally the most unhygienic feeling i have ever had. Staff are good and polite and responsive. But still needs alot of improvement. Found no amenities had to ask for basic amenities such as Dental kits. Food is ok with very low options in Breakfast.
