No display board outside the property, the property mangers mobile was busy for about 15 minutes, no proper guidance, also the claimed amenities were not there , for example there was no mineral water provided.

no one responded to me I stayed in front of the hotel one hour I took the reception number from customer inside and it was the same with the one MakeMyTrip gave me but no one responded to me I want my money back

The room was not cleaned when we checked in. Could find chocolate wrappers, bits of papers, sand in floor. No toiletries provided. Even though it was mentioned there was space for one car parking, there was no space at all. We had to search for parking space in the streets. The place was not cleaned when we checked in. Could find chocolate wrappers, bits of papers and sand under the cot. Although it was mentioned that one car parking will be available, we didn't get any. The host asked us to park on the street, and the property was located in a very congested street with hardly any space for a car. We had to park a car in some street 1 km away from the place. No toiletries were provided. We had to go out late night to buy some basic toiletries like soap.

Location is inside a lane. So not so good. No food and room services available. Amenities seem good

The stay was very good and the rooms were very spacious and clean. Provide all the basic toiletries. We love our stay at homestay. The host was very cooperative.

When I went to the property for check in, property was locked and no body is available and called many times the contact no, no response, waited for hour then I made complaint to MMT and waiting for my refund,

A serene stay nestled in a quaint, residential path of Pondi. Although it is a bit tricky to find the homestay, upon its discovery, a clean,warm and comfortable abode awaits. The owner, Mr Mani always a phone call away, no matter the time of the day and the helper akka was lovely and warm. An overall wholesome and supremely accomodating experience!

Overall room quality was good, neat & clean. No toiletaries provided which was a bummer, had to buy our own. No parking! a bike is ok, but if youre using a car, the street is just too narrow. Central location, walking distance to the beach, heritage village and other attractions.

The location is good, but the alley is not clean. No immediate reception was available, but the person was helpful while i called him.

It was okay. It was not that good. But one thing was that the bathroom flush was not working. We asked them to fix it but they didn’t do it as i had booked minimum 20 to 25 days before but still when we went there the washroom was not setup properly. I saw all this and the smell of the room was a bit strange, i mean washroom also ya that’s it. I had directly taken them from the caretaker and had also spoken to the owner.

Forget about location and outside view, facilities inside the building is amazing. Excellent photo shoot places available inside which resembles french style

Room is clean, aesthetically pleasing, in the town has good restaurants near by, care taker was really kind and caring. If they had a private car parking that would have been excellent, street parking is available on next lanes but can be difficult at times as parking place may not be available all the times in street.
