Reception staffs are good but, some of them was not so co operative. Rooms are nice but sizing assured in mm t was mismatch

I have stayed in many hotels but this one is the worst one. They don’t have a proper management that other hotels have. They have kitchen size rooms that a family with children cannot stay. And yesterday we found a big spider in our room toilet oh and i forgot about the bathroom that is very smelly.

Rooms were booked for 7 personnel clearly mentioning the ages. Hotel staffs were arrogant and have some serious issues. Provided 2 rooms which are very small and can not accommodate all. Above all the standard of deluxe rooms are pathetic !

Rooms are specious. Interior are super awesome. Value for money. Rooms are getting cleaned every day like the new one. Hotel restaurant is very good for food we dine all three days there.

Bathrooms are small but manageable. Would definitely recommend this looking for a budget stay. Staff hospitality is amazing and so is the breakfast

Location is good, breakfast options are good. Nearby darjeeling railway station, mall road is at walking distance.

Hotel is good. I liked it. Wifi connectivity is good. Food is expensive any way i ate outside. 4 stars.

Hotel service is too poor, specially manager behavior is too bad. He don't know how to behave with the guest. The bathroom was so dirty and there was no electricity. Their staff totally untrained and they don't know how to behave with the hotel guest.

They given 1st floor. No elevator as well

The staffs were perfect and very much understanding. The rooms were clean and perfect. And the bathroom hygiene is very good. Overall we loved this place. Must recommend if you are going to visit darjeeling.

Room locks are too bad, we stuck-ed inside the room and unable to open. No telephones available in the room even no networks in mobile phones. We i and and my use need to jump from the window. To take help from the staff. Second which they offered have some lights problem all lights are blinking continuously. Electric kettles are not cleaned properly. No room service and cleaning on 26th jean 2021

This hotel has most of the room in basement without any window. That's the only bad part. Otherwise room quality is good with proper bed, tv and interior and lights. Complimentary buffet breakfast is very good. Hotel location is of 15mins walk from mall road.
Sanitisers and masks should be provided in each hotel room, also the blanket cover should be washed after every use.

There was no network no bar no wifi no telephone. It was a delux room not executive. I have booked executive room was given a delux room. I stay out side room for 3 hour in cold weather due to no signal available at hotel to talk to your help desk but nothing resolved. Not e van a sin-gal call made from mmt to resolve my issue it get a feedback. Poor service from mmt and hotel.

Room was fine and sanitized but the food prices were kind of on the higher side. Overall it was a nice and peaceful stay.

Stay was worst. No clealiness in rooms. Bad smell and bad service. If you ask the staff for something they wont respond. Food was good but very very costly. Rooms are very small. Dont go with the pictures given on website or apps. Its not the same as it looks. I wont suggest anyone for this property.

Hotel is good but one thing i don't like is that they charge extra for room heater even after its written in your itinerary otherwise in all aspects hotel is very good and the taste and quality of food is great

The room is very congested. The hotel is not in main road, far from main road, far from mall road. Not recommended
