The AC was not working irrespective of many complaints we made...they were very irresponsibly on our complaints...the food is horrible...

The rooms are not worth the price. Staff are not at all qualified to be at mahindra resorts. Food is very very expensive and the quality of food do not match with the price.

Not very clean tv not working

Charges are not rationale to offerings.

Place is nice and near the water front. Has a lot of activities for kids. However service is a little slow. Food is average. Although they have huge cut outs claiming to have well trained chefs in that regard they are a little wanting.

Nice place, good resort, AC was cooling in some rooms but not up to the mark.
Some of rooms had poor AC. We were in group.

The hotel staff were warm and hospitable, with nothing super special about the hotel itself. The property needs to upgrade the gym equipment, but it really is a beautiful place. The location is a bit remote so make sure to have your own vehicle arrangements.

Good property. Behaviour is good. I like to stay again. Good cultural evening organized. Very good food. But dinner is a bit costly. Overall it's a pleasant stay. I recommend by friends. Good bless.

Not worth if you are not member of club mahindra.. Location is good... Hotel then river and then mountains.. But the facilities are not good... Rooms are average and the food is below average no fun on the place as well as it is very secluded.

This is an overpriced hotel for non members of club mahendra. Even the hotel is not up to the mark. Only good thing is a river and mountains in front of it. However there is nothing much apart from that. Travel cost is way too high to reach this hotel as well. Another thing I hated was they have a different price for different travellers. So you need to bargain here as well. Food is not that good and the prices are different for members and non members. This was really irritating. I don't recommend this hotel for non members of club mahendra.

Although, roads are not good especially if you come from Darjeeling but once you reach there, you would love this property. Quite scenic, nearby river, a good and well-maintained swimming pool, a nice garden, big area for play activities especially for kids what else. Well if you need Wi-Fi, the lobby or rooms on ground floor if lucky.. Food is good and buffet spread is good... Staff is quite helpful. Go for it.

If one is going to Pelling, he should take a day's stopover at Baiguney. Mahindra has shown what quality it offers. The staff is extremely courteous and talented. They interact with the guests and make them feel like home. Food is awesome. Facilities are awesome. Must visit.

Waste of money & in this cost there is so many options, location is soo bad. Road conditions to reach this resort is horrible. There is no view near this resort, everything is away from this resort at least 60 km. This is risky to travel in these types of road.
