Pleasant stay. Right on the main road adjacent to the central park.Rooms are spacious. Service is good.

Terrible stay, room was stinking and it has no ventilation no fan and so AC , the bath tub was not less then a dustbin..... we had booked suite and had to downgrade to a room with balcony ...... Super bad experience stay in Kava Hotel. Super bad

This is not a proper hotel more like a lodge. The staff is untrained and also need basic lessons on hospitality. There is only one house keeping staff. We booked for 3 people, they provided one toothbrush and asked to share. The main door shutter is closed till 7 am and there is literally no one in case of emergency. Also all the contact number provided by MMT does not have incoming facility. The front office lady said they donor have any phone. No intercom in room. Also the lift is only available from 3rd floor so you have to walk. MMT should verify before hosting. The cost is inline with good hotels.

The rooms were clean and well organised. The restaurant was also cool and most importantly- the staff were very well behaved. They made our trip better. Sikkim people themselves are very humble, sweet and decent.

The location, food, amenities & services were all excellent. Our room was a deluxe room which could accommodate 2 adults and 1 child. But while booking the room, i had mentioned 3 adults and 1 child. Beyond our expectations, prior arrangements were made for the extra person in our room. Food was sufficient and very tasty. Toiletry kits, coffee and tea kits were all provided in the room. Room upholstery were clean. Staff were hospitable and helpful. You get what you pay. Overall, had a very pleasant stay & would definitely recommend the property.

Worst ever so bad management, locked us after 11 pm and no one was at reception there. No one to help, called the manager several times but didn't reply a single call.
