Hotel Kava Suite, Namchi

The location, food, amenities & services were all excellent. Our room was a deluxe room which could accommodate 2 adults and 1 child. But while booking the room, i had mentioned 3 adults and 1 child. Beyond our expectations, prior arrangements were made for the extra person in our room. Food was sufficient and very tasty. Toiletry kits, coffee and tea kits were all provided in the room. Room upholstery were clean. Staff were hospitable and helpful. You get what you pay. Overall, had a very pleasant stay & would definitely recommend the property.

Everything about the property was Great, it ticks all boxes in all the following categories:- 1. Lovely Location. 2. Nice Rooms. 3. Excellent Food. 4. Restaurant had a Wonderful Ambience. 5. A very caring & well behaved staff.

The rooms were clean and well organised. The restaurant was also cool and most importantly- the staff were very well behaved. They made our trip better. Sikkim people themselves are very humble, sweet and decent.
