It was homely and especially the tranquility of the area and the services rendered are really appreciated. I especially thank mr. Chhetri for his warm welcome and hospitality. Will go again.

The owner and staff were helpful. The food was excellent, and very homely. The principal issue is makemytrip has incorrectly put this homestay in an inaccurate location. It is almost 10 km away from what is shown in makemytrip. It's actual location is near nivedita market in ranadanga, not the nivedita market in siliguri town centre. However, lots of cheap shared transportation facilities are available, though one has to change many vehicles to go around. Other than that the wifi is a bit week, and not very usable on the top floor where i stayed. But, overall the place was quite nice and comfortable, probably better than staying in the crowded city. If you are looking for a peaceful place near the bagdogra airport, it is quite pleasant. But, if you need to constantly travel somewhere near to the town, the transportation could be cumbersome. When i stayed the place was full of candidates appearing for the ssb and other armed forces examination. The indian army ssb and bsf camps are very near.

The hospitality was good and the environment was safety and hygiene enough. Thankyou chhetri homestay.
