Around 5:30-5:45 i checked in and 6:35-6:45 i was out of that resort. I booked a tent for my family but no washroom in the tent. Manager was convincing me and my family to use the common washrooms outside the tent. It’s fine if you want to use the washrooms during daylight, but it’s very risky at night. There’s no proper access to the resort. It’s a one way dirt road. Even though it’s an adventure resort, the access should be proper. If any casualty or medical emergency happens, there should be proper access. Won’t recommend this resort for families, many people wrote reviews saying the tents are cozy but no one mentioned that they aren’t self-content i. E. There aren’t any washrooms in there. If you plan on staying here with your family, please note that there aren’t any washrooms in the tent and the tents are basically in the vicinity of mangroves. It might feel safe for some people to wake up in the night and casually go out of your tent to freshen up, but it’s not that simple. I was there with my wife and daughter, and i couldn’t let us stay there after seeing this. There was no mention in the booking details that the tents weren’t self-content. Checked the reviews as well, but not a single mention about the tent and washroom situation. I stayed in many tents across maharashtra before, but never encountered any tent which didn’t have private washrooms. The staff was polite, but the management can do better and the tents can be a bit more secure and self-content. Won’t recommend this place for families as it is very risky to use common washrooms in darkness. The cottages have private rooms washrooms, the tents don’t. I really regret booking a tent in this resort. It’s a fun adventure spot but not for families. And also, the access can be better. Many of the people in the vicinity didn’t even know of there was any resort in the area. Even our cab driver was a bit skeptical about driving there. Adventure resorts need not be in such an inaccessible area. And washroom situations can be more appropriate for all kinds of customers. Just because no one had any issue with the common washroom before doesn’t necessarily mean that no one else will speak up about that. The resort needs to be appropriate for all kinds of customers, and not just friend groups. I even called the number provided to me when i booked the tent but they didn’t respond. I even sent a mail, but radio silence from all sides. I won’t ever book any cottage or tent in this resort again. Very unhappy with the tent arrangement.

There is no games location so far from any transport very difficult to travel from there

If you are not traveling with your own vehicle then reaching the hotel is no less than a nightmare. The road is very very bad. Hardly any auto or car driver will accept to go there. Also for 20kms you will be charged more than 800 coz of the location and the road. There is nothing at all near to the hotel. So if you want to even buy a chips pack, then be dependent on the resort. When i visited there was no activity going on but just kayaking and the boats were not repaired. It was a complete waste of money.

The place was excellent cut out from the busy city life great location & surprisingly fabulous water activities. The property is well located & easy to reach from Karwar on Google maps. If you come in a group or with a large family you are sure to have a memorable holiday. Also good for backpackers who want to have a peaceful time. Amenities are very basic but that's what the place is all about. Great food the staff was very accommodating & prasad who manages the property is a great host. A few things can improve in terms of furniture & bedding other than that it was a memorable stay at the resort. A must-do for people looking for a different experience. Bird watching, kayaking, canoeing, ziplining, speed boat rides, swimming in the kali river loads to absorb for nature lovers. For people who love fishing do carry your gear & sure to have a great catch. Zubair

Amazing location. No words to describe the landscape. Needs better lighting in rooms and better security and locking system in rooms. Bathrooms need better lighting. Very friendly crew and delicious food.

It was a good resort - with very hospitable staff and great food - the adventure options were also good. Only problem was locating the resort at the firt place. But a total value and I am one of their satisfied customer. Thanks.

The resort is located at just on the banks of kali river. The food is yummy and the manager mr diwan singh is outstanding. The service is very good all the staff members are co operateive we will cm back again for sure

It was refreshing stay away from hustle and bustle of the city. Mr. Dewan Singh was perfect host and we enjoyed all the sports on offer. The setting was perfect and both my wife and daughter enjoyed the adventure thoroughly.

I went with my friend and have taken the package of one night and two days which included our meals. We got down in the Highway and trekked all the way to the resort. Since it was early morning, the weather was pleasant for us to trek. Cottage had all the amenities which made us feel comfortable and also safe amid-st the Mangroove Forest. Food was yummy and also the service. You can opt for different water sports activities or just wear a life jacket and float in the river. Since we were 2 girls, the owner of the resort took care of our safety and even dropped us to the Karwar Bus Stop from where we headed towards Gokarna.
