The service is pathetic. I had booked the Premier Residency Karwar almost 5 days in advance of my stay. I had selected a permium room with king size bed and also paid in full. Check in time was 12 pm and due to traffic I reached the premises at around 1.15 pm. When we reached there the receptionist asked us to go to the opposite building but that was Hotel Premier and not Premier Residency. When asked, she said the rooms are full, because we were late, they gave the room to someone else. They didn't even bothered to contact me to confirm whether we are coming or not before giving the room. On the contrary the receptionist was very very rude. We tried calling but initially we couldn't contact them so we checked in this Hotel Premier room. We tried contacting that manager from almost 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm but he didn't come, nor he was available on phone. Now talking about the room which was given to us. This room was not the worth which I paid i. e. 1,700/- +. 1. The A/c was taped on all corners and the remote was having only on/off and temp high/low buttons. But the A/c temp was automatically changing. 2. They mentioned in aminities, there is free wifi, they gave us wifi password but the connection was very poor. It used to get disconnected very often. 3. They mentioned mini fridge but was not available. 4. There was not toilet paper, no toothpaste in bathroom. 5. They mentioned woolen blanket, but it was not. 6. Lot of mosquitoes were there in the room. 7. Ther was hardly anyone available on the counter. 8. The celing fan was having no regulator. It was working on a very slow speed.
