I found the stay to be pleasant. Although the property is located a bit far from the beach, it's on a proper road. The house is well maintained and I loved the hospitality of Mr. Naik and his family. The breakfast served was also delicious. All basic amenities including towels, soap, etc. were available.

The stay was a little away from the city but it is quite accessible by your own vehicle. It is beautiful stay away from the noise of the city, where you can live peacefully. The caretakers are very sweet and caring. They will take care of your needs, it is very well managed. Overall if you want a peaceful stay it is a perfect option for you.
