HOTEL NAVRATNA PALACE

This hotel is definitely fit to be delis-ted from any booking facilities as they are not happy for paying the commission for the platforms; the staff is so talented that they can spoil the day of the most patient person visiting as a tourist. Lot of mosquitoes and broken bolt. When the online support team tried to reach the hotel management for resolving some issue, they are not reachable each and every time. The front desk thinks that the tourist are employed by them rather than thinking they got employment because of the tourist. Staff questioning tourist what is the problem in staying in sub-standard accommodation. No lift for the building with 3 floors.

Location of hotel was at good place on green road and near to karwar beach, hotel building was old. In-spite of early chekin request they denied & i waited nearly a hour for room. They allotted single room occupancy which was at 4th floor & there is no lift available in this property. Room was unhygienic & not upto the mark. Serious upgrade of infra required in this property.

Very poor hygienic room, poor cleaning and room service bakwas

Staffs are not capable as service staff day to day housekeeping is not happening hear not get any friendly approach from them,

Initially we were given a very small and low budget room but when showed the booking detail then room was changed again. We booked navratna palace but we were given room at navratna deluxe. When asked we were told that rooms are comparatively big here. Although stay was good. Also, owner/receptionist should knowledge of local area like where can we get good food and milk for kids. They were cooperative but in the mean time having lack of information.

Room was just enough. No lifts. Staff where helpful but not friendly.

Nearby market place. Get all consumables with in reach

Hotel is located in prime market area, surrounded by hotels, shops and main market area. You can order food and they get it from the nearest hotel which they have tied up with, food is ok. Not so great. The service was not there at all, if you want anything you need to ask, but if you ask they will honestly get it done. Don't expect too much of room service.
Hotel should follow temperature checks, at-least keep sanitizers and sanitize the room.

Location: excellent location right next to karwar beach and at walking distance with great parking space. Service: whatever possible the staff was trying best however not up to the mark e. G. They charged us for breakfast but said cause of covid we can bring it from outside which was not worth it even 10% i. E. They charges us almost 500 inr and the breakfast brought on day 1 was of max 85 inr. The package included other amenities like wifi, packaged water but the wifi was only in reception area and water was charged. Rooms were ok with facilities like fan was continuously on speed 5 there was no reduction. Won’t be visiting again unless other hotels are full.

Ambience is not that great, staff are non-cooperative and a L'ill rude as well.

It was very comfortable stay at Hotel Navratna Palace with such a affordable price.

Felt homely, of course food is simple and timely

Stayed for a day. Room is old but value for money. They had no clue that the room was booked. Luckily a room was available at check-in time.
