Neat and clean rooms owner of property was very kind and friendly i asked for maggie at 23:30pm and he took me on his vehicle to buy one

I had a pleasant experience at the stay. The room and bathroom were very clean. The caretaker uncle was quite cordial. All the amenities were functioning properly.

Very good customer service. Clean bedroom and bathroom. They provided us bath towel and electric kettle. There was a small kitchen setup.

We enjoyed our stay as a family.

It was really nice to stay in this hotel. The hosters were so kind and nice and so we stayed so comfortable. The location is near fort kochi and the backwater trip they arranged is so good and worthy. Room was so clean and we could access to kitchen and free wifi. I really want to stay here again.

Good stay on new year in Fort Kochi. Room was very clean and spacious. And all the facilities were provided as promised like 24 hours hot water, wifi, kitchen, drinking water and even vending machine is available to enjoy a warm cup of tea or coffee. Owner Sunil was very kind and he allowed us for early check in. Due to new year, it was difficult to get cab to go to Airport. He helped us by arranging Airport cab early morning. Any help he was ready to do. He also guided us by providing helpful information about new year evening and the places to visit by ensuring our safety. We are happy and pleased by his service. Room is situated in excellent location. Within 2km walk on left is the Fort Kochi Beach and on the right is the Mattancherry. When you walk, you get to See many beautiful architectural houses churches and there is also good shopping place at Mattancherry to buy spices, craft, decorative items. New year's eve was Worth staying in this hotel. I would definitely recommend anyone who wants to visit Fort Kochi. If there is a plan of visiting Fort Kochi again, no second thought in choosing this Homestay. Thanks to the owner for making us feel safe and comfort.

The room was good and comfortable. The whole property was very neat and clean. The owner was very helpful. The location was average because I thought it would be near the Sea, but reaching the property was easy. I got all the basic facilities that I needed. Overall it was a good and comfortable stay.

Everything was perfect. The location was good, staff was supportive, it was a clean and safe place to stay. The room was comfortable and I can suggest others.
