Good Stay
The hostel was safe, hygienic, responsive and overall I liked it. Although it felt a bit pricy compared to the quality of the stay as it was not that premium, but I guess for its location it was good. Overall the experience was good.

Good Stay
The stay was overall good. However, I felt the staff was overly friendly, especially since I was staying alone for a night. A bit more professionalism should have been maintained.

The receptionist knock on my door at midnight asking me to subscribe the youtube. He was drunk and as I was alone, I was so scared. I didn’t feel safe.

This was a worst day with no hygiene in the hotel. No proper bed. They even denied to give water to us. It's a pathetic stay.

Poor Stay
The caretaker seems like a nice person. But the issue was with bathroom. The water was dirty. It’s impossible to brush the teeth. Bathroom window was broken. Neighbours could see you taking bath and all.

Terrible bad experience
Terrible experience. Stayed for 2 days — one lift was out of order. Room window and door locks were broken, which was a serious safety concern. The AC was extremely noisy and outdated, despite this being their "deluxe" room. Definitely not worth the price. Not recommended at all!

first of all i don't know why make my trip had given 4 star rating to this hotel and when I reached there I can not find the hotel and laterly I came to know that the hotel is by different name outside no sign board nothing and I called many time to the hotel staff they didn't picked up the call and lately when I somehow found the hotel I entered there they gave me the room very poor room no cleanliness and a bad smell is also coming from the bathroom and the room as if some one had just used the bathroom before me ..very much bad experience

worst hotel stay. Hotel do not accept card payment, we were not told earlier. TV not working, AC not working properly. I need my refund. This is the worst hotel in kolkata to stay. staff n hotel owner not cooperative
