I am writing to share my experience during my stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, it was not very comfortable due to the following reasons:
At first, we had difficulty locating the hotel as there was no hoarding or signboard outside. Even the local people were not aware of the hotel’s existence, which caused us further inconvenience.
The bathroom was not clean. The door was poorly maintained, and the taps were rusted.
There was no kettle provided for tea/coffee, although it was shown in the photos
The mattresses were not suitable for a double bed. Two single mattresses were placed separately, creating a gap in the middle, which caused great discomfort while sleeping.
I hope you will take these issues into consideration and make the necessary improvements for future guests.

Regarding the mattress arrangement, we generally provide two single mattresses as most of our corporate guests prefer separate beds. However, we would have happily arranged a single double mattress upon request.
We’ll also look into your suggestions about the signage, bathroom maintenance, and in-room amenities to make sure future stays are more comfortable.
