No maintenance room no light no clean

room was good but food was not available

Can’t waste words to describe my experience, only bullet points: 1. Very poor room quality. 2. Even worse and novice staff. 3. They call themselves 3 star, actually the accommodation was third class. 4. Electricity went off in the middle of the night. 5. No electrical trained staff. 6. Offered us to change the room which was in even worse condition. 6. And the horrible incidence of electric shock while using hot water from gyser. 7. Only lord krishna saved us otherwise these unprofessional people tried everything to harass us.

please do not go there some dharamshala is better then resort

Place was not cleaned very dirty bed, very dirty bathroom, lots of spider n mosquitos

If you like broken furniture, smelly bathroom, also seepage walls haunting parking then stay there

There is no matches between photo shared & actual. Old room with no maintenance. Ac not working properly. No proper lights in open area. Room & open area actually not clean. Toilet is dirty. It is waste of money.

It was my worst ever experience staying at brij bhoomi resort. In fact it is not a resort, it is a colony. People are living there on rent. Staff was very rude and non-cooperative.

Good for couples who want to spend quality time. Far from traffic, noise free environment. Hygiene

Actually in hotel room condition is very bad geyser not worked then in bathroom abnormal noise from cieling i. E. Of pigeon also bed is in worst condition. Very poor stay. . Staff is showing very poor behaviour after our complaint and said you can leave if don't like

It is not good room. Room is normal.

Poor service, breakfast should not be offered if only option is two parathas wrapped in old newspaper from a nearby dhaba. Rats inside room is nuisance.

Worst experience till date! Urge everyone not to stay at the stinking, no network resort where they don't welcome anyone.

There was no restaurant and no swimming it's like a girl's hostel.

I had already talk to customer care executive of make my trip. We had very bad experience and we could not even stay in hotel and had to stay somewhere else. Very bad experience.

Very bad experience for me. Stay not safe and not comfortable for family. Room and bathroom both are very dirty. Location not right for stay. Foods and medical emergency not available. Amenities and service not provide.

Hotel is good, nice decent place but their is no restaurant in the hotel, so you have to go to Prem mandir for your meal, that's why changed my hotel same day otherwise hotel is neat and clean.

Dharamshala is better than this. At least you don't pay that kind of money.
