- A delayed check-in of over 7 hours, which caused significant inconvenience - No toiletries were provided until repeatedly requested - One room had no TV, and the water supply stopped midway through a shower - Our request for two ground-floor rooms due to health reasons was not accommodated, despite availability - No staff assistance was provided for carrying luggage - One room was occupied by 10-12 people, causing disturbance and discomfort - The rooms lacked basic amenities, including wardrobe, cable TV connection, chair, stool, kettle, intercom, and functioning door locks - The toilet flush was defective in one of the rooms - The hotel refused to provide accommodation for our driver, even when we offered to pay extra

Such a hotel with no network connectivity and staff with poor rooms this is shame and

No water no cattle no wardrobe booked with breakfast on extra cost but no kitchen smelly room no room service

Beds were really comfortable and cozy. Would surely stay here again next time. Easy access to nearby restaurants and shops.

This is one of the best budget hotels I’ve stayed in! The room was clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities. The hotel’s location made it easy to get around the city, and the staff were always attentive and friendly. If you’re looking for an affordable yet comfortable place, this hotel is a great option.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The room was clean, spacious, and well-lit, with modern decor and a comfortable bed. Staff were incredibly helpful, offering great tips for local attractions and arranging transportation. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of fresh options, and the on-site restaurant served excellent dinners. I especially appreciated the rooftop pool with panoramic city views—it was the perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The location was central, close to public transport and popular landmarks. Overall, a great value for the price. I’d definitely return for another stay

poor service, no room service , free breakfast was added by MMT but the hotel refused to give breakfast. There is a bad smell in the room , even tea is not available, for 2 people they give only one towel and say this is our policy

Geyser was not there powercut every 2 hours the room had some kind of bad smell it was inside in rural area where at night there was no light giving 3 stars just because the manager was very coperative otherwise it was a terrible experience

nothing as described on the site.. no geyser.. no wardrobe... no kettle... no food... not even door knobs are proper.... no doorbell... no intercom... only star given is due to staff response and good behaviour... Fab hotel are degrading by the day...

I travel solo a lot and this is one of my favorite hotels so far. It had a really peaceful vibe, stylish decor, and super friendly staff. They remembered my name and even helped me book a tour. I felt more like a guest in someone's home than just another customer. 10/10 would come back!
