I had paid extra for the Beach view room but when we reached they said that the view is blocked because of construction of the new building and the rooms and stay was very average for that cost ... overall it was experience... I would never recommend this to anyone

Not clean and hygienic. Less staff to attend for service. Electricity went out for more than two hours. No one attempted to fixed it even after given complaint.

The hotel shown in the photos and actual is not up to the mark. Washrooms leaking, not clean. Many of the Items in the menu are not available. Breakfast was decent. I booked a deluxe room and the price is not at all worth

Stay was good. Good friendly staffs. Room was neat and clean. Towel needs to be washed or they have to give a new one. Overall it was a good experience.

This rooms very old and was not worth the rate quoted. The is definitely no ocean view room which was in the description of the room. Amenities weren't upto the mark. Breakfast was ok. Coffee was horrible.

Bigger swimming pool than the private villa stayed earlier on the previous day 4. The children's segment of the swimming pool was a safe one 5. Terrace view was too good in the evening and early morning sunrise 6. Walkable distance to the beach 7. Got dried fish from the homes of fish hamlet and had access to fish wholesale market 8. Got to see a sea snake 9. Felt a royal stake with simple good stay 10. Good eat out places all round

A decent stay near the beach walkable and good food too. Private road to property and to beach. Really hospitable hosts and got personal attentions to every need

There is no road connectivity for atleast 500 metre, from road food is too costly and not upto the mark got injured in swimming pool

There is no sea view from the hotel, as there are 2 big buildings in between, but while booking i selected the sea view room. I felt the food was not that hygienic. And i can see my room clearly through the main curtain(transparent) from outside.

The staff of the hotel was polite. Food was prepared fresh. The hotel is overpriced for what it offers. Few pros : homely food, freshly prepared. Polite staff, attend to the needs immediately. Close to beach -a min walk. Close to mahab to travel and come back cons : torn bedsheets torn pillow cover no sea view rooms as mentioned in the mm t site. Interiors are not worth the price. Break fast not ready on time. Flies and mosquitoes in the room food service is very late there was a frog in bathroom on the jet pipe. The bathroom window was closed only with a wired mesh. Chairs provided in the room were broken although they changed them after we requested

I am giving average rating only because of service and location of the property. Rooms are ok but not clean. Bathrooms have leakage issues. Rooms should be more clean. Beach is 5 mins walking from this hotel

Nice hospitality and my kids enjoyed their stay. Home food was served in time. Excellent place to stay. Clean and well maintained swimming pool and private beach access was the highlight. Surely i will prefer to stay in future too.

Room stay was okay. Location is great. Cleanliness/food could be improved.

The property is shabby, the rooms were damp with damp patches on the ceiling, and the acs were not properly working in all the rooms we booked, we were sweating when sleeping. The rooms didn't look or smell pleasing, and the wardrobes were dirty and made of unpolished scrap plywood. The service was even worse, they were understaffed. The property is managed by a family of 2 adults and 1 kid. During dinner time, after 1. 5 hours of placing the order, we followed up with them to at least serve my 5-year-old, but the staff decided to finish their dinner first. I do not recemment anyone to stay in this property.

The hotel is good and the rooms were comfortable. But the swimming pool is not private and the neighbors have access to view the pool from their building which leads to less privacy. The food is decent but slightly over priced. The staff and crew were hospitable

Stay was pleasant in aura east. There are limited food options for veg. And nearby restaurants don't have home delivery option. Beach is at walkable distance but no provision for tourists. Will need time to develop tourism

It wasn't actually a resort. Just a basic accommodation with ac rooms, wifi, kitchen, swimming pool and beach within walkable distance. Parking was out on the street and pool is very close to neighboring property with no privacy. Staff was very friendly and offered expected service.

Very close to the private beach. Excellent hospitality. Family friendly place. Good location as there are several close by restaurants to explore. Need to improve on maintenance 1) ac was not chilling properly 2) bathroom was stinking
