Extremely disappointing experience.
My stay at Attide was nothing short of shocking. Despite informing the staff at check-in that I have asthma and cannot stay in a basement or on a smoking floor, the receptionist, Mobin, still assigned me a room in the basement. I only realized this when he pressed “-1” in the elevator. The room itself felt like a dungeon with a strong musty odor, yet he insisted it was the only one available and had been reserved for me.
Thankfully, Neha at the front desk showed more interest in resolving the situation and clarified that Mobin had, in fact, given me the wrong room. However, the next room I was assigned had a faulty card slot—causing the lights to turn off every 10 seconds. After another 15-minute wait, I was finally moved to a suite.
Unfortunately, the experience continued to disappoint. I ordered pasta for dinner, and what arrived was inedible—completely overcooked, flavorless, and drowning in water. I sent it back after two bites, but the dish was still charged to my bill.
At breakfast the next morning, I waited over 15 minutes and reminded the staff three times for a cup of coffee, but the service was apathetic at best.
The only other bright spot was the gentleman at checkout who sincerely apologized for the experience, but by then, I had no energy left to go over the entire ordeal again. I left my feedback and left.
